What is Dressify 100% Refund Guarantee?

You are entitled to 100% refund of order amount in the following scenarios:

 

  • If your order is not delivered within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Delays due to a) incorrect/incomplete address, b) premises found locked or c) no one available for delivery, are not covered under the 100% refund guarantee.
  • If your order has been returned to us due to non-delivery.
  • If the order has been misprinted with some other design.
  • You have received a damaged product.

 

Kindly note that in case of damaged product or tampered/opened package you need to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product at care@dressify.in

Please reach us at care@dressify.in alongwith the details of the issue for us to process your refund.

What is Dressify's Exchange policy?

Our 15 day exchange policy is applicable in the following scenarios:

Description:

  • Size issues - You have selected a size that doesn't fit.
  • Incorrect Size received - You had ordered for a specific size but have received a completely different size.
  • Wrong colors - You had ordered a specific color, and received something completely different. E.g. Red instead of Blue, White instead of Yellow. Please note that mismatches due to color calibration on screen are excluded from this policy. Since images on product pages are digitally generated, there may be a slight/minor difference in what is displayed on your monitor and the color of the actual product.
  • Print issues -  Faded print, print worn off after a single wash.

    
Please contact Customer Care via care@dressify.in to initiate any exchange. Please include your Order # and reason for your exchange, alongwith a photograph of any issues. Once received, we will attempt to ship the exchanged product within 48-72 hours.

Please take adequate care while chosing size and colors. In case of exchanges, we will send the new color/size in exchange at no extra cost, however, shipping and cash collection charges for the new product will have to be borne by you.

Orders benefitting from use of coupons may not be eligible for exchanges. Please contact us at care@dressify.in we will try our best to help you out in such a scenario.

Within how much time will I get the refund?

Once we process the refund it may take 5-7 business days for the bank to process the amount back into your account if the payment was made through Debit/Credit Card.

If the payment was made through Credit Card the refunded amount would reflect in the next card statement.

What is the shipping time for exchanges?

Once it is validated that your order is eligible for exchange,it may take 48-72 hours for processing before being shipped out from our end.

Standard timelines which are applicable for delivery of new orders apply to exchanges as well.

Why Dressify does not have a returns policy?

Since each product is custom printed once your order is placed, returns are not accepted. Your orders may qualify for a free exchange; please refer the Exchange section of this policy to ascertain if your order is applicable for an exchange.

I do not like the Fabric Quality, what should I do.

The fabric used for our tees is 100% cotton premium fabric which meets international quality standards. To provide you value for money, the fabric alongwith print is provided to our customers at upto 35% less MRP than what a similar product would usually cost elsewhere. Since quality is subjective, it is not possible to offer any exchange or refund for any fabric quality issues. You are welcome to write to us about why you feel fabric quality is not upto your expectations in such cases. We would be more than happy to take your feedback and incorporate the suggestions into our manufacturing process.

Can I cancel my already placed order?

If you want want to cancel your order which has been placed, please mail us at care@dressify.in and we will try our best to update your order. Your order can be cancelled if it is showing any of the following statuses in the order history:

  • Pending
  • Processing

Orders with the following statuses cannot be cancelled, and we will be happy to accept your exchange request for these:

  • In Production
  • Ready to dispatch
  • Shipped
  • Delivered
  • Complete
Exceptions and other notes to this policy.
  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact Customer Care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • Since all orders are custom printed on your order, returns are not possible. Only exchanges are accepted as per the exchange policy, and refunds are possible if applicable as per the 100% Refund Guarantee.
  • Please take adequate care while chosing size and colors. In case of exchanges, we will send the new color/size in exchange at no extra cost, however, shipping and cash collection charges for the new product will have to be borne by the consumer.
  • Products worn-out while being used do not qualify for an exchange or returns.
  • Products that have been washed and/or used cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Product charges will be applicable for refund under the 100% Refund Guarantee. Shipment and/or Cash on Delivery fee is not applicable for refund under the refund guarantee.
